Welcome to SoWhereTo>Access. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using SoWhereTo>Access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
SoWhereTo>Access is a hybrid platform combining marketplace and SaaS elements, designed to facilitate trade and provide tools for brands to manage sales and customers effectively. We provide a platform where brands (sellers) can list and sell their products, while buyers can explore and purchase unique items that align with our strategic core values.
For Brands (Sellers): Brands must ensure that their products, descriptions, and images are accurate, comply with applicable laws, and do not infringe on third-party rights.
For Buyers: Buyers must provide accurate information and engage in ethical transactions.
Users agree not to misuse the platform for illegal or unlawful activities.
Buyers and sellers may not exchange direct contact details on or outside the platform. If contact details are shared, the brand will no longer be represented on SoWhereTo>Access.
All payments processed through SoWhereTo>Access are securely handled via third-party payment providers.
Payments are processed on the 15th and 30th monthly, and may take up to 3 days to reflect.
Subscription fees for SaaS services must be paid on time; failure to comply may result in account suspension.
Product Listings: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and complete product descriptions. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or strategic core values, like quality.
Order Fulfilment: Sellers must ensure prompt delivery of products in good condition. Disputes or returns will be handled as per our return policy.
Strategic Core Values: Sellers agree that their products align with our values: Exclusivity, Innovation, Quality, Cultural Richness, Discovery, and Exceptional Service Delivery. Listings that do not meet these values may be removed.
Refund policies are determined by individual brands unless otherwise stated.
Disputes between buyers and brands should first be resolved between parties before escalating to SoWhereTo>Access support.
SoWhereTo>Access reserves the right to mediate disputes at our discretion.
Brands retain ownership of their content but grant SoWhereTo>Access a license to display and promote it.
Users may not copy or misuse content from the platform without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Users who do not comply with payment terms, engage in illegal activity, or violate our community guidelines may face account suspension.
A written notice of one month's notice will be provided in case of termination.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

These Terms of Service are underwritten by Atlegile Marketing Solutions on behalf of SoWhereTo>Access.
By using SoWhereTo>Access, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
